Project C.A.L.L. (Communities Assisting Literacy and Learning) is a study tech-based business operating out of Fort Bend, TX. It is run by Barbara Pariani and Minot Edwards since 2002, active Scientologists. It was founded in 1996 by Willis Pumphrey. It's website says that it uses materials from Applied Scholastics. Their website is designed by Pinsonnault Creative.

Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace Joel Clouser's court gives first-time truants the chance to spend a day volunteering or being tutored at Project CALL instead of paying a fine. The program, still going on, gives truant students who appear in Clouser's court an alternative to fines[1]. Letters to Houston Press about Project C.A.L.L.[2]
