Rephil is an anon who has never actually done wiki editing before but is willing to give it a go for the cause. He has been to all of the protests in Houston so far and has been sent the letter and dvd telling him he's a bad person.

Rephil is commmonly found with SaintTray as he married to her. Together, they care for their only child/turtle, and share many happy lulz.
