Anonymous has prepared a list of demands, or desired outcomes of our protest actions, herefore known as "Why We Protest"

[edit] LIST OF CHANGES TO THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY

Anonymous will continue its protest actions and push for the removal of tax exempt status from the Church of Scientology and all subsidiary organizations, henceforth CoS, in order to have some or all of the following changes to be enacted.

I. CHANGES TO ORGANIZATION

A. The removal of the current leadership of CoS

i. The end of all involvement of CoS with board members:

a. David Miscavige

ii. Release of all internal documents on board members

iii. Assistance in indictment of board members if such is appropriate.

C. The permanent dissolution of Rehabilitation Project Force

D. Disconnection of Sea Org with all activities and funds of CoS

E. Release of all members of Sea Org from contract

E. Disconnection of all corporate subentities from the umbrella of CoS

F. Inclusion of all church membership in CoS decisions

II. CHANGES TO DONATION GATHERING AND STAFF PAYMENT PRACTICES

A. Removal of all "fixed fee donation" prices on CoS services

i. Suggested donations may remain appropriate

ii. Donations must be requested only at end of service

iii. Immediate return of all outstanding donations

B. Require payment only of production and distribution costs for educational materials

C. Payment of livable wages to all Staff members

i. Back payment of owed wages to current Staff members

ii. End offers of "free" services in Staff perks (these are donation services and should be inherently free by II. A.)

III. FREEDOM OF INFORMATION

A. End of all copyright claims by CoS on the internal documentation of Scientology practices and beliefs.

B. Post and maintain all documentation on Scientology practices and beliefs to the public domain

C. Release all internal cases of illegal behavior to the public domain.

D. Maintain a transparent, truthful public face

E. Open communication between all members and non-members

F. Total financial transparency

i. Budget spending

ii. Staff salaries

iii. Donation money

IV. TREATMENT OF CRITICS

A. End all Fair Game tactics carried out whether in name or action

B. End of libel, slander, and ad hominem attacks

C. End use of litigation against individuals

V. REQUESTED PUBLIC APOLOGIES

A. A public apology to all current and former prisoners of RPF and reparations for mental distress

B. A public apology to all families of persons listed on http://www.whyaretheydead.net

C. A public apology to all critics of Scientology for past treatment

D. A public apology to all current and former members of Scientology for past behavior

i. Reparations to members for mental distress

ii. Cease of all disconnect orders, actions taken to rejoin families
